DMCA Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on our Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information to locate the material (e.g., URL of the profile page)
  • Your contact information (address, telephone number, email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

2. Submitting Notices

DMCA notices should be submitted by contacting our designated agent on Discord:

Please include "DMCA Notice" in your message subject.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or that you have authorization to use the copyrighted material, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant

4. Our Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the user who posted the material
  • Provide the user an opportunity to submit a counter-notification
  • If a valid counter-notification is received and no lawsuit is filed within 14 business days, we may restore the material

5. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

6. Good Faith Requirement

Please note that submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in legal liability. Consider consulting with a legal professional before submitting a notice.
